Payments, Shipping & Returns


When you place an order with us delivery is normally within five to seven working days (often much sooner), unless you are having an item specially made or if your item is not in stock.  We will always contact you and let you know the estimated delivery date.  You always have the option to cancel if you would prefer not to wait.

We aim to despatch all of our orders safely to your door with Royal Mail. On some occasions we will send your order straight from our manufacturer, so alternative couriers may be used.

Where delivery charges are not free, the charge will be based on weight of the product and the packaging materials required for safe delivery.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens we will do our best let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your new Potters Bowls Shop purchase. If you're unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return them to us. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 28 days.

If an item is faulty we're happy to offer a refund or replacement if possible. Please contact us before return so we can provide you the best possible service.

This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below.

2. We receive the item back within 28 days from delivery. For non tracked deliveries, the delivery date will be the latest date in your estimated date range unless we are told otherwise.

3. The goods are returned to Potters Bowl Shop in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn.

Postage Refunds

If the product you receive is not as stated on the web site, we will refund the total cost, including your return postage costs.

If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the products.

Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to offer a refund, should your order go missing before it arrives at Potters Bowls Shop.

Orders not received within the stated timescales

If your order hasn't arrived within the timescale advised, please contact us and we will look in to it for you.

Making a Payments

We take every care to ensure that the details of our products are accurate with regard to the descriptions.  The operation of Potters Bowls Shop is subject to legislation and guidelines. We accordingly reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards. All photographs used on our website are intended for general guidance only. We therefore reserve the right to make alterations without prior notice.  All of our prices include VAT and are subject to alterations without notice.

Online shopping obtains a great deal of information from people who purchase from its site.  Here at Potters Bowls Shop we understand the reluctance that some people feel towards purchasing over the Internet.  We value your custom and respect your privacy.  Information collected from Potters Bowls Shop is held securely on our database and will never be used for unsolicited emails or spam emails.  We will not disclose your details to anyone outside of Potters Bowls Shop.  We may from time to time use your details to advise you of special offers or products we feel you may be interested in.  If you decide you do not wish to receive offers from us, please just let us know.
